The image used for the printed items above is taken from a painting by acclaimed artist, Sean Bolan, past Chairman of the Guild of Railway Artists, LYN is about to depart Parracombe with the 4.25 pm to Lynton on 3rd August 1935.

The original painting is owned by Michael Rumsey who, together with the artist, has kindly given permission for the image to be used in aid of the 762 Club project to rebuild LYN.
